You can cancel your Ticket. But you cannot transfer it. Instead, you have to re-book the ticket as you require.

E- Ticket  –  Retrieve your travel ticket online in a matter of minutes by providing Ticket Number, E-mail id and Date of Journey. The link is available on the home page.

8. Are there any delivery charges for home delivery?

Yes, we charge Rs. 25 per delivery within city limits. Please call our customer care number for further details if you live outside city limits.
