1. Service description
This website has been created and is operated by “Travel Assistant (I) Private Limited”
(Trade name www.ticketkaran.in). We act as an intermediate between travel Operators and
users in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book bus tickets online.
Our service is based on information provided by travel Operators. Although we do our utmost to
ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate,we cannot guarantee that all
information is comprehensive and error-free, nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or
non-delivery of information.
* Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least 30 min. before the scheduled time of departure.
* Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
- A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket
e-mail).
- Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card).
Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
* The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However the bus will not leave
source before the time that is mentioned
on the ticket.
* In case the travel operator changes the type of bus due to some unavoidable reason, www.ticketkaran.in will refund the
differential amount to the customer.
* www.ticketkaran.in is a booking service only. www.ticketkaran.in shall not be liable to make good the loss of goods or
property of passengers due to any of the acts, events, incidents whatsoever beyond the control of the company.
* www.ticketkaran.in shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the
vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the company.
* Changing a customer’s seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady /child is subject to the travel operator’s discretion.
* www.ticketkaran.in is not responsible for the travel operator changing the boarding point and canceling the trip due to
unavoidable reasons .
* If you are not a regular traveler through the particular travel operator, kindly contact the travel operator to find out the
exact boarding point.
* www.ticketkaran.in is not responsible if the customer waits at the wrong boarding point.
* Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the bus.
* All amounts charged will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
* Service charge for processing the Credit/Debit
card is 2% of the total amount.
* Air conditioning in the buses is not guaranteed.
2. Privacy
www.ticketkaran.in uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Credit card guarantee
Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore, we can guarantee that every transaction made is 100% safe.
4. Ticket Cancellation
The tickets booked through www.ticketkaran.in are cancelable. Kindly note that the money is transferred back to the passenger's credit/debit card within 10 working
days.
Cancellation Terms:
* Once Booked – 15% .
* Between 3 days to 1 week – 20% .
* Between 24 hours to 3 days – 25% .
* Between 24hours to 8 hours before Reporting time
on the date of travel – 50%.
* Within 8 hours From the Reporting time on the date of travel – No Cancellation.
* Incase of Sharma Transports, Cancellation should be before 3 days.
* Incase of JRS Travels & Sangita Travels - Once booked 50% Cancellation chages.
* Incase of JRS Travels & Sangita Travels- With 8 hours from
the reporting time no cancellation.
* In case of Special buses no cancellation.
* On the date of travel No Cancellation for Rathimeena Travels,GreenLine Travels,Sri Renga Transports .
* No Cancellation for Sree Kannathal Travels.
